An Augusta man who fired into a moving vehicle, killing a passenger, was convicted of murder Wednesday.

A Richmond County Superior Court jury convicted Maurice L. Roscoe, 29, of all charges in the Feb. 20, 2007, murder of 21-year-old Pierce McClattie.

According to testimony this week, Mr. Roscoe argued with the victim's brother and chased after the brothers' vehicle, firing a gun at them on Olive Road near Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.
