Services planned for Fourth of July

A faithful Fourth

Churches and religious groups across the area will celebrate Independence Day with patriotic events and services, including:

GOD AND COUNTRY CELEBRATION: 1 p.m. Sunday, Trinity on the Hill United Methodist Church, 1330 Monte Sano Ave.; barbecue lunch begins at noon; $12 for adults, $6 for ages 6-12 and free for children younger than 5; call (706) 738-8822.
