Senior expo


More than 30 representatives from groups including assisted living, home health care, hospice care, mental health, the Aiken Area Council on Aging and Social Security will be at a PrimeTimer Expo for seniors at St. John’s United Methodist Church from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday.

The church is at 104 Newberry St., Aiken.

Wisdom in concert

A gospel concert featuring the group Wisdom begins at 7 p.m. today at Jabez Sanford Hardin Performing Arts Center at the Columbia County Library.

Proceeds benefit nursing home residents across the area. The event is sponsored by When Help Can’t Wait and will be filmed for a DVD that will be provided to nursing homes for residents’ enjoyment.

Stephen Hill sings

Christian singer-songwriter Stephen Hill sings at the 11 a.m. May 27 worship service of Miracle Baptist Church, 1308 Hephzibah McBean Road.
