Daily Press and The (Rock Hill, S.C.) Herald. Received S.C. Press Association award for sports page design in 1996 and Georgia Press Association award for headline writing in 2008. As a charter member of the American Copy Editors Society (founded in 1997), served four terms on the executive committee.
