Injuries stack up for Dogs' linemen

Georgia backup offensive tackle A.J. Harmon will miss the final two weeks of spring practice because of a high ankle sprain, the school said Monday.

The redshirt sophomore and former Jefferson County High star suffered the injury Saturday in the Bulldogs' first spring scrimmage.

Harmon had been working as the second-team left tackle.

Georgia already is missing offensive linemen Trinton Sturdviant (knee), Tanner Strickland (shoulder) and Austin Long (back) this spring because of injuries.

The Bulldogs return to the practice field this afternoon.
