Health Central's Mike Clark demonstrates exercises that can be done at your desk.

Do you want to tone your muscles without leaving your desk? Mike Clark, a fitness specialist at Health Central, suggests doing a modified pushup, which works the chest, arms and shoulders.

1: Place your hands shoulder-width apart on the edge of a desk and position yourself so your upper and lower body form a straight line on a diagonal plane.

2: With your chest 3 inches off the desk, push yourself up until your arms are almost straight.

3: Lower yourself back down. Perform five sets of 10 reps.
