If you, and your Ironman, need a break try these pit stops

Maybe you can barely run a 5K, your best stroke is the doggy paddle, and biking’s not your speed. But no matter your athletic prowess, that doesn’t stop you from cheering on the elite athletes who will participate in the annual ESi Ironman 70.3 Augusta this weekend.

It’s a grueling race that combines a 1.2-mile swim, a 56-mile bike ride, and a 13.1-mile run. And it’s a long day for the athletes’ family members and many supporters. Whether this is your first time in Augusta or you’re a local, here’s your reference guide to some of the best downtown “pit stops” to try during your personal Ironman journey.
