An Augusta woman told police someone pushed their way into her home at River Glen Apartments Wednesday and shot the wall.

The intruder fired one round through the living room wall with a rifle after the woman grabbed her cell phone to dial 911, according to a Richmond County Sheriff’s report.

The intruder then ran from the home.
