Lady Pacers rally in second half

DAHLONEGA, Ga. - The USC Aiken Lady Pacers erased a 12-points halftime deficit to defeat North Georgia, 68-55, tonight in a Peach Belt Conference women's basketball game.

Nakia Pinkney scored a career-high 21 for the Lady Pacers (8-9, 3-5 Peach Belt Conference), who outscored the Saints (5-8, 1-4) 46-21 in the second half.

Catherine Cain and Lindsay Sundberg added 15 points apiece for USC Aiken, which shot 50-percent (15 for 30) after intermission.

In the men's game, North Georgia had five players score in double-figures, leading to an 81-76 win over USC Aiken.

Carl Taylor led the Saints (9-6, 4-1 PBC) with 18 points. Michael Moynihan added 16.

Casey McMasters had a team-high 18 for the Pacers (9-6, 4-4). Mark Brown scored 15.
