A meeting will be held in Augusta at 4 p.m. Feb. 11 in the auditorium of the Augusta Headquarters Library, 902 Greene St. The meeting is open to the public.
According to a press release, the changes could affect services the states Library for the Blind, or Talking Book Centers, currently offers. The centers provide services to those with visual or physical disabilities that prevent the use of regular print materials.
The organizations draft plan will be discussed during the meeting and people will have the opportunity to share their thoughts and information to help it develop a final plan to deliver the best service possible with available resources, the press release stated.
