1949 - "and found Henry

1949 - "and found Henry "Mendez" Stokes, 37, of that address." How about now? Being listed as a resident of that address would seem to suggest he wasn't a "squatter".

Boarding houses of this type

Boarding houses of this type are illegal in a residential neighborhood. If code enforcement had been doing it's job this maybe would never had happened,(at least not at this location).
