The chamber will occupy approximately 2,300 square feet on the first floor. The move will be completed on Tuesday, according to a release.
Our new space will provide us with more efficiency and functionality in order to better serve the needs of our members and the community, said chamber president Sue Parr. The vision of our board of directors is to ensure that our facility maximizes our ability to continue to lead and grow the business community.
The Greater Augusta Chamber Foundation and the city of Augusta finalized a real estate transaction last week to transfer ownership of the chambers building at 600 Broad Street Plaza to the city of Augusta.
