Two women charged in weekend murder

Two suspects have been arrested in the murder of a man in Allendale County over the weekend, and more arrests are expected to come.

South Carolina Law Enforcement Division charged Tyderria Mikell, 19, and Amanda Davis, 23, with murder Sunday, said SLED spokeswoman Jennifer Timmons. Investigators believe the women killed Will Rogers Solomon at the Fairfax Motel on Highway 321 Saturday night. Robbery appears to be the motive for the murder, Ms. Timmons said.

They are being held at the Allendale County Detention Center.

Investigators believe there are more suspects in the case.

Allendale County Coroner Hayzen Black said Mr. Solomon’s autopsy is being conducted this afternoon in Columbia.

No Georgia, but he's batting .500. He's still getting robbed by his picks, just not murdered.
