Police have not identified the victim killed early Tuesday and couldn't say whether the victim was the wrong-way driver. They say the wreck occurred near Langford Parkway.
Police closed all southbound connector lanes as they investigated the wreck and cleared wreckage.
The interstate reopened at 5:30 a.m.
