FallingLeaves

Boy, it took long enough to get this story online. What was the holdup?

FallingLeaves

At least I didn't have to listen to that one. Far enough away.

FallingLeaves

Did he have a brown and white puppy with him?

Or a laptop?

I guess investigators don't get much time off around here.

FallingLeaves

I suppose reporters need to take a day off now and then, too.

I hope all law-abiders had a safe and happy Thanksgiving. I guess that is a lot to ask for, though.

FallingLeaves

I guess it doesn't matter. It happened in 30906. (I'm being sarcastic...it matters to law-abiders that live here).

He will employ a self defense reasoning and will be free by next Christmas...and notice that the charge is "murder", not "first degree murder" which is the more serious charge. This guy will tell his side of the story and the police will believe him and the case will be solved. Great county, eh?

For the record Justus4 there is no such charge as first degree murder in the state of Georgia. Read up on your case law. And secondly if investigators charged him with Murder, which is the higest charge in Georgia, then its in the courts hands.. not law enforcement.
