Gamecocks' Archie out indefinitely

South Carolina senior forward Dominique Archie will be out indefinitely with a right knee sprain, Gamecock head basketball coach Darrin Horn

announced on Monday.

Archie, a former Josey star, will be re-evaluated at a later date. He left Sunday's game against Miami midway through

the first half with a knee injury.

"Dominique Archie is one of the hardest working players I've coached and I'm confident he will work just as hard in his rehabilitation

with this injury as he does on the court," Horn said in a release from the school. "As a family, this is a time when we will pull together and continue to work

toward our goals in his absence."
