Police are looking for a man who they say robbed a GNC store in Augusta Sunday afternoon.
The incident occurred at about 5:30 p.m. at the GNC on Bobby Jones Expressway when a man entered the store and told a worker to open the register, noting that he had a sick child, a Richmond County Sheriffs Office report states.
The man didnt show a weapon but took an undetermined amount of cash, police say. He was described as black, 5 feet 10 inches tall, between 45 and 55 years old, having a black and gray beard and wearing a black leather jacket with a hood, a burgundy sweater, black pants and black boots.
