AIKEN - Authorities have arrested a man accused of fatally stabbing his friend during a fight Saturday night.
Dancer Wayne Richter, 20, who was stabbed multiple times, was pronounced dead at 9:59 p.m. at Aiken Regional Medical Centers, Aiken County Coroner Tim Carlton said.
The Aiken County Sheriff's Office charged Allen C. Tufano, 36, of Aiken, with murder and possession of a weapon during the commission of a crime, according to jail records.
Witnesses say the two men had been drinking and roughhousing Saturday in the front yard of a home on Partridge Bend Road near New Ellenton, Mr. Carlton said. About 9 p.m., witnesses told investigators, Mr. Tufano got a knife and stabbed Mr. Richter.
Mr. Richter's murder marks the 14th homicide in Aiken County this year.
Mr. Tufano remains at the Aiken County Detention Center.

What is "drinking and rough housing"? The drinking part is easy, but rough housing? That behavior requires an investigation to prevent others from partaking in such activities 'cause it proved deadly in this case.

This is crazy, what was in the holy water they were drinking? Two families lives are forever change by drinking from two ill responsible people, one is dead, and one is in jail. One can see his family, the other, his family can see him. What happen to drinking with your wife, or having a beer when you get off of work, or watching a game in peace. I bet they were arguing over a female.
Dancer had been arrested several times before. A young, immature, hothead kid drinking. So sad.

I agree nofrills, at least pot decriminalized and punishment for idiotic drunk behavior and crimes punished more. But no matter how many lives are lost to alcohol related incidents, it will always be better than a little pot to these crazy people.

"Dancer" known as Danny in the neighborhood was trully a sick person. He was in and out of jail and always in trouble, beating people, old men and old women in this area. Stealing purses from old women, breaking into houses and constant trouble. He had no place to live and carried weapons, steel pipes, lug wrenches to bring harm to others, to hit anyone who crossed his path. Knowing both persons involved Allen could have only been prevoked by "Dancer" as "Dancer" easily prevoked all in the neighborhood. People lived in fear of "Dancer" around here. Danny had NO respect for anyone.
What was a 36 yr old man doing giving a 20 yr old something to drink, and he kills him, they need to FRY him!! danny may have been alot, but he didnt deserve to die..he leaves his mom, brother, a baby girl and a sister missing him, fry the S.O.B

OK, just so everyone knows, what all the articles fail to say is that Allen is very bipolar and needs medication. he wasn't getting the help he needed in SC and needed to come home, CT but couldn't because of legal obligations. Im not saying what he did was right at all, all im saying is Allen is my brother and i will always love him, my family is hurting bc we have been trying to get him help for so long and couldn't, now it's too late, I will never see my brother again nor my neice n nephew! There are way too many hurtful comments towards Allen. Maybe everyone needs all the facts first b4 making harsh judgement! I can only pray that God will bless the victims soul and his family and also give my brother the help he needs so he can be at peace.
He had been arrested before in 2008 for two counts of assault with intent to kill. It is just so sad that no one could come to Aiken County to get a commitment order on him, this was just a matter of time. Angel, I truly am sorry, maybe now he will get the help that he so desperately needs .
