Columbia County pet adoption event starts today

Columbia County Animal Care & Control will be offering a special pet adoption event today and tomorrow.

Today, the event lasts from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tomorrow, it will go from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the shelter, located at 6337 Columbia Road in Appling, according to a release.

All dogs and puppies will be available for $10 and all cats and kittens will be $5 for the two days.
