Ga. murder suspect sought after removing bracelet

RIVERDALE, Ga. - Police say a woman charged with murder in DeKalb County and who was being kept under house arrest has removed her ankle bracelet and is now being sought.

The woman, 26-year-old Emma Hope Grant, is charged in the shooting death of 31-year-old Nakeisha Rawls of Stone Mountain last year. She lived with her mother under house arrest after psoting $35,000 bond.

Grant's mother says she last saw her daughter Tuesday morning when they argued over money at their Riverdale apartment.

Police say Grant did not pull the trigger in Rawls' killing.

A person can be charged with murder if their felony action resulted in the death of a victim. The mother of that 5 yr old in NC may be facing murder charges, because if she sold her daughter to prostitution, and that resulted in her death, she can be charged with murder.

In Georgia, if someone is with a person who commits a murder and if they help in any way, or knew about it and still went along and were present, they get charged with it, too.
