Columbia County Emergency Management Director Pam Tucker says that officials of CSX Railroad have notified her that Hardy McManus Road has been reopened to traffic.
The road had been closed since 8:30 a.m. Friday where it intersected the railroad to allow CSX to perform track maintenance. The closure had been expected to last until Tuesday afternoon.
