Eight people have been arrested in a drug bust in Aiken County.

Search warrants by Aiken County Sheriff¡¦s Office narcotic investigators were served Wednesday at two addresses in Monetta, resulting in the drug arrests. Arrested were:

-- Danyell Markice Daniels, 25, 51 Elderberry Lane. Monetta, is charged with three counts distribution of crack cocaine third or sub offense

-- Bobby Mealing, 5o, 106 Pine Circle, Monetta, is charged with three counts distribution and one count unlawful neglect of a Child)

-- Christopher S. Gray, 30, 142 Pine Circle, Monetta, is charged with two counts distribution of cocaine, possession of crack cocaine, possession of marijuana.

-- Brenda Phillips, 42, 1187 Calhoun St., Johnston,is charged with possession of drug pharaphenalia.

-- Erica Robinson, 37, 308 Merrick St., Ridge Spring, is charged with possession of crack cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

-- Bobby Clark, 38, 186 Wildwood Dr., Batesburg is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

-- Mae Key, 50, 3045 Slide Hill Road, Apt. 3C, Johnston, is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

-- Mario Luna, 38, 427 Weaver Road, Johnston, is charged with driving under suspension.

In addition to recovering an unspecified amount of cocaine and marijuana, $3658.73 was seized. The suspects are being held at the Aiken County Detention Center
