Authorities looking for bank robbery suspect

Officials with North Augusta public safety and Crimestoppers are asking for the public's help in locating a suspect in a North Augusta Wachovia bank robbery that occurred Oct. 8.

Sherrod Jarvis Miller was last seen driving a 1993 burgundy Mercury Sable with Michigan tag number BYK1036, according to a release sent out today. Mr. Miller is 5 feet 3 inches tall with black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information should call Crimestoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC. All information is kept anonymous and tipsters may be eligible for a reward.

Are you sure that wasn't Gary Coleman that robbed the bank? Did he have to use a stepstool to reach over the counter? Did he have to jump up to point the gun at the tellers?
