A person broke into the Discount Stop store at 545 Sand Bar Ferry Road by entering through a hole in the roof.

A Richmond County sheriff’s report states that at about 3:15 a.m. Saturday, an officer responded to an activated security alarm at the store. The officer discovered that someone had pushed a metal ladder against the rear of the business and climbed through a large hole in the roof.

A cash register that had been stolen from the business, along with a crow bar, hammer and screwdriver, were later discovered behind the business at the entrance to Underwood Homes, the report says.

This article doesn't say that

This article doesn't say that the thief MADE the hole in the roof, just that the thief entered through the hole in the roof? Was it already there? If so, then I'm thinking that obviously the thief already KNEW about the hole. See how smart I is?? It's all those years of watching Barney Fife! One more thing...what type of items were stolen from the store? Was it food?..diapers?..smokes?..Schlitz Malt Liquor? Hell, that could be just about anybody down there at Underwood!

The burglar did not enter the

The burglar did not enter the store to rob it. He entered the store to burglarize it. There is a difference.

I guess Humbledidiot, we can

I guess Humbledidiot, we can always ask your Messiah, Rush, who did it. Unless the last 6 family left in Underwood are involved, anyone including those mentioned in a Pirates 9:11 PM post could be involved.
