Women shot at Savannah nightclub

SAVANNAH, Ga. — Savannah police say two women were injured after they were shot by a pair of men they rejected at a downtown nightclub.

Savannah-Chatham police say the unidentified women were taken to Memorial University Medical Center with serious injuries. One of the two is in critical condition.

Witnesses told police two men had asked the two women for their phone numbers but they refused.

The two men later shot the two women and took off. Police did not say which club the women were at when the incident happened.
