ALBANY, Ga. — A 14-year-old Albany girl is being held in the stabbing death of a 12-year-old boy.

Landronda Hamilton was indicted as an adult. She faces charges of malice murder, felony murder, aggravated assault, and possession of a knife during a crime.

Investigators say Hamilton was mad at the boy because he threw rocks at her mobile home, so she chased after him and stabbed him in the chest.

District Attorney Greg Edwards told WALB-TV that Hamilton should face a jury in Superior Court because of the nature of her crime.

Hamilton's lawyer has entered a not guilty plea. Hamilton was being held in the Dougherty County Jail.

TThese teens are getting

TThese teens are getting ridiculous. Did yall see the story about the teens who set the other teen on fire because he stopped them from stealing his dads bike? The punishment for adult crimes are a joke, so the kids think they have nothing to fear either. Punish them as adults and make the punishments fit the crimes. I'll bet, not always , but most of the time, these bad kids have criminal parents. Another reason for sterilization for criminals!

How are punishments for

How are punishments for adults a joke? Murdurers spend life in prison, that isn't a joke. Thank god this sick girl will be tried as an adult. This is just sickening.
Apparently this girl didn't *fear* anything when she attacks over rocks being thrown.
And in the case of the teen being set on fire, that was a joke to them I think.. Let's all gang up on one kid and have some fun, who cares the cost.. Those? They either have no role models, or the parent's are clueless and/or criminalistic themselves.

pomom, how do people get

pomom, how do people get arrested 30 and 40 times in a 10-15 year span, for an array of crimes, why are there so many repeat offenders left out to roam our streets until they kill someone? Ex. drunk drivers with 10 dui's, armed robbers, multiple assaults? They are all left free until they kill someone. Prison is a joke, the inmates run the prison. It is not a deterrant. They are over croweded because they do not run them to be a deterrant, they do not enforce the death penalty appropriatly as needed for a deterrant. All jail is to these lowlifes is just a minor setback. If they had to do hard labor 10 hours a day every day for their sentence maybe they wouldnt want to go back, and implement the death penalty as needed. Instead, as taxpayers we pay for their BS defense, pay to improve their imate housing, and they are turned loose again. Cold blooded murders shouldn't be housed for life, they should be put to death, not made a burden on society and a role model for other [filtered word] criminals!

You think those kids thought

You think those kids thought setting another on fire was a joke?? He stopped them from stealing his dads bike, the next day they set him on fire. Obviously you are one of those bleeding hearts who care more about the criminals rights than the rights and safety of innocent people. You make excuses for their behavior. People who think like that are the reason the crime is becoming uncontrollable. You don't allow them to be punished appropriately!
