ATLANTA Georgia will find out today how the state's fourth- and eighth-graders performed on a national math test compared to students in other states.
The results of the math section of the National Assessment of Educational Progress called "The Nation's Report Card" will be released in Washington, D.C., at 10 a.m.
Georgia has struggled with the test in the past, which is given periodically in various subjects to students in every state. The test is meant to measure how states are doing academically in subjects like math, reading, science, history and geography.
