Aiken authorities look into fatal shooting

Investigators were searching for clues in a fatal shooting that occurred about 8:10 p.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of Abbeville Avenue in Aiken.

Lt. David Turno of the Aiken Department of Public Safety said residents reported hearing gunfire. A gunshot victim was taken to the emergency room at Aiken Regional Medical Centers. The name of the victim has not been released.

Why is this article above,

Why is this article above, the updated one on the latest news section. It was published first. Just like the breaking news story being on the second page about the armed woman robber. I do not like this new format. The latest news isn't the latest or breaking and things that are, are burried then you have to search for them. Just like in this case, the breaking news gets shuffled under other bs stories and older articles.
