A woman has been arrested in connection with a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 20 that took the life of a Thomson man Saturday.

Georgia State Patrol Trooper Rich Fishel said RaSheedah Muhammad, 26, has been charged with vehicular homicide, driving under the influence, driving too closely and driving without a license.

The victim of the crash, 19-year-old Curtis Evans Jr., was riding in a Chevrolet S-10 truck traveling east near the 157-mile marker in Warren County early Saturday morning when a vehicle hit the truck from behind, according to Warren County Coroner Paul Lowe. The driver of the truck and Mr. Evans were ejected. Mr. Evans was pronounced dead at 3:57 a.m. at the scene, Mr. Lowe said.

The driver of the truck was taken to the Medical College of Georgia Hospital and has since been released. Trooper Fishel said the accident is still being investigated.

She's drunk and driving

She's drunk and driving without a license and she killed someone. I'd say about 40 years hard labor with no parole ought to do it .

Last night (11:30) a person i suspect driving under the influence jumped my driveway. By the time I got out there they had jumped into another vehicle. Leaving there fairly new Ford Expedition behind. All I have to say is at least is was my ditch and not another vehicle with innocent people. They may think they got away with it. The nice reality is that there insurance isn't going to pay for it and I'm pretty sure it was totalled. Good luck financing another one. BTW if you're reading this; thanks for not hitting my mailbox you POS.
