Mr. Holmes will be charged with possession of a weapon during the commission of a crime, armed robbery, pointing and presenting a firearm at a person.
On Tuesday, the Sheriff's Office responded to Whispering Pines Terrace, Aiken, for an armed robbery. The victim said she was surprised by a man who pointed his weapon at her 2-month-old child and threatened to shoot if she didn't give him money.
The victim threw her money on the ground and the suspect grabbed the money and ran away.
Mr. Holmes should be considered armed and dangerous.
