COLUMBIA — A probe by the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division has found that Gov. Mark Sanford did not spend taxpayer money to visit his Argentine mistress.

Will the Gov. reimburse the state for the millage and gas that he used while driving a state owned vehicle to the airport to go meet his mistress.
