Police ask help in catching Graniteville bank robbers

AIKEN -- Aiken County authorities are asking for the public's help in finding two suspects in a Thursday afternoon bank robbery in Graniteville.

Aiken County sheriff's Sgt. Dave Myers said police on Friday were still looking for Javier Hickson, 26, of the 100 block of Woodland Drive Extension, Aiken; and Artrell Jabar Hickson, 19, of the same address.

On Thursday, police arrested David Mark Kearse Jr. in the robbery, which occurred at the Security Federal Bank on Canal Street. Police have said Javier Hickson and Artrell HIckson are to be considered armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information is asked to call (800) 922-9709 or (888) CRIME-SC. Callers can remain anonymous and could be eligible for a cash reward of between $50 and $1,000.

I hope they have more than this video to be chargeing these young men for this crime. You can't see anything on here.

The usual police tactict, round up some random African American youth, and case solved. Yawn.
