Michigan bank bandit suspect arrested in Augusta

A Michigan man was arrested Thursday in Richmond County on charges that he robbed two banks in his home state.

Oscar Augustus Williams, 38, is accused of committing the robberies near Saginaw, Mich., according to Richmond County Sheriff’s Investigator James Kelly.

Deputies made the arrest at a home in the 2600 block of Meadowbrook Drive.

Okay, Augustus, just because that's your middle name doesn't mean you can come to Augusta after robbing banks there in Michigan. We have enough of people like you from Augusta as it is.
