Gertrude Herbert Institute names Henry executive director

The Gertrude Herbert Institute of Art has appointed Rebekah Henry to the position of executive director, effective July 6, according to a news release.

As director, Ms. Henry will work closely with the institute’s board and staff to oversee all current program areas and to ensure smooth functioning of the organization’s ongoing operations, the news release said.

She will be directly responsible for key administrative functions including marketing, development, budget and strategic planning.
