WALTERBORO, S.C. — A former South Carolina school teacher has been sentenced to five years in prison for having sex with a then-14-year-old student.
The Post and Courier of Charleston reported today that 38-year-old Tracy Lee Judy pleaded guilty in Walterboro to criminal solicitation of a minor and two counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor.
Circuit Judge Perry Buckner also sentenced Judy to two years of probation and is requiring him to be listed on the sex offender registry for life.
Judy had been a social studies teacher at Forest Circle Middle School in Walterboro for nearly three years. He was arrested in April 2008.

That's the first time you hear a man being charged of this in a long time. I immediately assumed that "Tracy" was a women with how alot of sex scandals in schools now are the female teachers having sex in school.

beme, the last couple of "gay" female recruiters were jailed for recruiting during school hours. Wasn't there a softball "instructor" that got ten years recently? Male or female, gay or straight, the seduction of a student by a teacher shouldn't earn the "adult" less than 10 years as a guest of the state.

This guy didn't have a chance....With a name like Tracy Judy, two FEMININE names, he was teased his whole life. I'm not excusing what he did, just saying he had a tough childhood. Stupid parents for naming their kids like they do.........
