AIKEN -- Preliminary findings on the Monday shooting death of John H. Anthony, 57, of Aiken County, revealed he died of multiple gunshot wounds, according to a statement released this afternoon.

Aiken Coroner Tim Carlton said Mr. Anthony sustained injuries to his upper and lower torso along with a severe head wound. The case appears to be a homicide, the coroner said.

Police said Mr. Anthony was fatally shot Monday while sitting on a front porch of a home on T&S Drive.

The Aiken County Sheriff's Office said this morning it is looking for Bradley Danley, 19, of Dallas Circle in Aiken, in connection with the fatal shooting.

"Died of multiple gunshot

"Died of multiple gunshot wounds including one to the head" = "probable homicide". I'd hate to see what no-kidding for sure homicide clues look like then.
