3 sought in Aiken motel holdup

AIKEN -- Aiken authorities are seeking three people after a man reported being robbed at the Econo Lodge, 3560 Richland Avenue West.

According to a news bulletin from the Aiken Department of Public Safety, the robbery took place about 3:45 p.m.

The victim said he was in his motel room when he was approached by a white female and two black males. As the three entered the room, they closed the door behind them. One of the men put a handgun to the victim's head and he was robbed of cash, a cell phone, a .40-caliber Ruger pistol and several pairs of shoes.

The suspects left in two vehicles. The first is described as a 1991 Toyota Camry with South Carolina tag CSH914.

The second vehicle is believed to be a dark blue car similar in shape and size to a Ford Crown Victoria.

yep, sounds like a deal gone bad to me curly.. wonder how much cash they got off with.. or maybe they didn't rob him, but instead is was baking powder cut with a little white girl...
