A 77-year-old Camilla, Ga., man was arrested yesterday after he allegedly molested a 15-year-old girl in the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry’s waiting room.
William Barton was charged with one count of child molestation, according to a Richmond County Sheriff’s jail committal. Mr. Barton is accused of kissing the girl and touching her private areas, a Richmond County warrant shows.
He was arrested at MCG Monday afternoon.

They need to lock him up and then let the others in jail do the same to him.
Not disagreeing that he needs to be locked up...but, to do that right in the middle of the Dental waiting room? Sounds like there are some (more) mental issues here...

Are we sure it wasn't that the 15 yr old could have been soliciting him for money? It is more to this story than just him doing that to her. This is a public place with hundreds of people walking around and they were able to find a spot for him to do that? Come on people I think it is more to this than being told. Did he corner her and demand she give in or could it be that she was thinking this old man is some quick money? Did she scream or try to move away from him being suggestive or who started the touching first. I sure that man at that age is in need and wanting some female companionship, but what was she thinking and doing for him to advance that far. I may be wrong about her and hope I am but a lot is left out of this mess. If I'm wrong and hope like hell I am, then he needs to be put out into the fields to chase the hefers. He will have more a-- to chase out there.

You libs who want to justify criminal behavior have serious issues. The man is sick, and needs to be taken out of society it does not matter why he committed the crime. The girl was the victim, and maybe she thought he was just a nice old grampa figure.

The cons are the ones justifying this criminal behavior, as always, milton. They are the ones who bring up these outrageous bills limiting the amount of damages a patient can get from injury or harassment. This fifteen year old should also sue the hospital because they allowed this 77-year-old creep into the building.

Camilla, Ga., is about four hours from here. Wasn't there another facility between here and there that would have treated a 77 year old man? Was a parent with the 15 year old girl? Obviously there must have been other people around to witness this. Kissing and touching involve more than just a single action, so this is something that could not have happened in a flash when no one was paying attention. Where's the rest of the story?
No matter where it happened, the fact is it happened. Now what is going to happen with the old man? Do the young lady get counciling?

I was 15 once and I can assure you I would not sit still long enough for a 77 year old to kiss or fondle me. Is the 15 year old mentally retarded? Somehow I would bet we are only getting half the story. I'm sure this old man is was acting out but not sure I understand how he was able to get close enough for a kiss or to fondle privates. whay didn't she just walk away, not like he was going to run after her.
