A Sunday traffic accident killed a Midville, Ga., man in Blythe.

According to Chief Deputy Coroner Mark Bowen, Perry Oglesby, 25, was southbound on Deans Bridge Road about 8:20 a.m. when he lost control of his vehicle, went into the median, came back out into the southbound lanes, went back into the median and flipped his car.

Mr. Oglesby was not restrained and was thrown from the vehicle. He was taken to Medical College of Georgia, where he died as a result of his injuries.

Speed may have factored into the accident, said Mr. Bowen.
