Traffic around the Augusta National Golf Club is heavy and parking lots are filling up.

As of 10 a.m. Lot B, Lot D and Lot 2 were full. Lot A3 is closed. Lot C is half full.

Officials said Tiger Woods' 10:45 a.m. tee time probably encouraged this morning's early rush to the Masters Tournament.

They urged those who had not left for the course to avoid the Wheeler Road routes. Washington Road is also crowded.

Riverwatch Parkway is the better route, they said, particularly if you're coming from Columbia County.
