The fifth-ranked Jaguars (26-4) will make their third consecutive NCAA Division II Tournament appearance when they take on Tusculum (20-9) at 6 p.m.
Augusta State, which advanced to last years national championship game in Springfield, Mass., is the No. 1 seed for the regional.
No. 2 seed USC Aiken (23-7) will face No. 7 seed Lenoir-Rhyne (18-10) at 2:30 p.m. The winner of that contest will play the No. 3 seed Armstrong Atlantic State-No. 6 seed Catawba winner in the regional semifinals. Armstrong Atlantic State and Catawba play at noon.
The final game Saturday will match No. 4 seed Georgia College & State and No. 5 seed Barton at 8:30. The winner of that game will take on the Augusta State-Tusculum winner in the semifinals.
The USC Aiken women (22-11), which lost the Peach Belt Conference Tournament championship game to Lander, earned the No. 5 seed in the Southeast Region. The Lady Pacers will face Peach Belt regular season champion Francis Marion (25-4) at 8 p.m. in Hickory, N.C.
It is USC Aikens first Division II Tournament appearance since 2005, when it lost to Shaw in the first round.
