COLUMBIA -- Luke Williams, an Evans man, convicted more than a decade ago in the deaths of his wife and child in Edgefield County, was executed shortly after 6 p.m.
good riddance to bad rubbish
bone, I know that guy deserved what he got and should have been executed but your comment is out of place and callous at best.
I knew his son in middle school. I have never forgotten him. He and his mother didn't deserve it. At least they are with God.
good! enjoy hell.
I agree with bone. According to the investigator, this guy was a heartless POS. Anyone that would kill his wife and child is a lowlife. Anyone that would do it to cash in is lower than a lowlife. I'll bet he died more peacefully than his victims.
I hope God will show him more mercy than he showed his victims.
you're kidding, brimisjoshan: a double murderer gets what he deserves and you chide me for a comment that is, in your words, out of place and callous? good grief - get over your sensitivity and celebrate the death of a villain. THE SYSTEM STILL WORKS SOMETIMES! so, again, i say (with all callousness and inappropriateness i can muster): good riddance to offal that no longer deserved to exist among humans.
I'm with bone on this one.
Unfortunately, he lived 10 years longer than his victims. I say we purge "death row" and make room for the next crop of murderous vermin.
Hear Hear. And save a few tax dollars too.
Burn in Hell Baby!!
Glad someone had the guts to do what's right.
aw too bad, and to think we are NOT going to be able to support him his whole life in prison........
Personally, i think it would be worse to spend the rest of my life in prison with nothing to do than to die painlessly by the needle. Too bad it comes out of our tax dollars to board them.
I find it odd that so many here support the death penalty but whole heartedly attack those that are Pro Choice.
Should have put a bullet behind his left ear 16 years ago. One bullet, 20 cents, 16 years on death row and untold lawyers and appeals = $896,000 plus untold thousands for the lawyers, paid by you the taxpayer.
Hope he rots in hell
some sins are unforgivable, this guy is burning today and forevermore.
You reap what you sow
