Two charged in Blackville murder

Two Allendale County, S.C., men have been arrested and charged in a murder last month, according to the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division’s Low Country Region.

Tyrell Damon Odoms, 20, and Laparis S. Flowers, 18, are accused of shooting 19-year-old Christopher Dorch on Jan. 17 in Blackville, S.C., in Barnwell County.

SLED agents say they believe Mr. Odoms and Mr. Flowers approached Mr. Dorch as he walked through a convenince store’s parking lot and fired several gunshots at him.

Mr. Dorch died later of his injuries.
