IN almost ANY criminal case, the evidence is held for court otherwise you have a trial by the public before the jury can even be assembled, thus resulting in a tainted trial. So you honestly believe that someone is trying to alter the video in a case like this? How ridiculous. I have to agree with the other comments about who's hiding where. Don't forget marshall that his probation officer tried to have his probation revoked and some really smart judge denied it. All of this could have and should have been avoided by judges doing their jobs!

There is no death penalty for property crimes. You people are brainwashed into thinking the way you do.
