Columbia County has set a new annual record of deer-vehicle collisions, officials said today.
"With an entire month left in the year, we have already had 501 vehicle/deer collisions in Columbia County," Emergency Director Pam Tucker said in a statement. " This is 135 more deer strikes than last year. With an average of 40 vehicle/deer collisions each month, this number will go much higher."
And everyone hates deerhunters...??? Dont regulate the population..feed your family..prevent deer/auto crashs...which costs ALL of us ,by higher auto insurance...they are sooooo cute...taste good too

Deer meat is healthy for you and it taste great when prepared right. Maybe with the hard times coming more people will buy a gun and go out and put meat on the table like our forfathers did.
