Richmond deputies report number of holiday traffic charges

Richmond County Sheriff’s deputies were out in force over the Labor Day weekend, as shown by the arrests of numerous individuals on traffic charges.

Deputies issued the following cases: 355 speeding violations, 13 DUIs, 31 seatbelt violations, six suspended license, three no insurance violations, 34 other traffic cases and 89 warnings were issued, according to a sheriff’s office press release.
