Evans residents alerted to blasts

As part of a sewer installation project, contractors will be conducting some blasting around noon today near 4380 Deerwood Lane, which is off of North Belair Road in Evans, according to an advisory released by county officials.

Residents should not be alarmed at the sounds.Additional blasting may be required on Monday.
