Naivete leads otherwise astute people to insult our president's intelligence by saying, "Obama doesn't know what he is doing." For enlightenment, Google that phrase. Obama knows exactly what he is doing.
He is a disciple of Saul Alinsky and the Cloward-Piven strategy developed by lifelong members of the Democratic Socialists of America. That strategy implemented by Obama's ACORN foot soldiers helped drive the high-risk mortgage lending that precipitated our economic meltdown. Major media ignored Obama's radical associations, experience and background that prepared him for his messianic mission of transformative "change."
Like John F. Kennedy and Ronald Reagan, he fully understands that tax cuts create prosperity and jobs. But unlike them, his goal is to grow big government, destroy our capitalistic system and replace it with a socialistic, Marxist totalitarian government. He has adopted the philosophy of Friedrich Engels, who collaborated and helped Karl Marx write the Communist Manifesto . Engels saw three major obstacles to the socialistic vision: private property, religion and traditional marriage.
No objectively moral person could have voted for Obama and other liberals who destroy the common good with the intrinsic evils of abortion, homosexual marriage, embryonic stem-cell research, etc. Their "fundamental option for the poor" is to imprison them on the government plantation and torture them with class envy, false promises and foolish hopes.
It takes more than 300 words to educate patriotic Americans, whether Democrat, Republican or independent, and inspire them to recognize and drain the stinking swamp being deliberately created by Obama, his czars and the current breed of power-mad Democrats. The mortgage lending crisis came from both sides,, not just dems. It came from greedy lenders & they didn't give a rats behind who could pay or not..Now these same folks even bet against the same loans they gave to borrowers.. As a business owner I know we are going in the wrong direction with the socialist ideas. Why should I not just close up and get on the free bandwagon with all the others that think they are going to get a free ride. When people like me go away the tax money stops, the govt. primts more and the money becomes worthless. Capitoism is the best way. It promotes growth because the developer and hard worker gets more and the useless getleft behind. I will vote all democrap incumbents out in the next election.

This article is exactly correct. Obama has too perfect of a track record in delievering on his agenda. He has taken control of the day to day operations of the banks, to the point of telling them what they can and can't pay their employees (with legislation on the table now to tighten his grip). Sold a large percentage of Chrsl. to a foriegn company. Engineered an actual takeover of the GM and almost took over the health care system. All (and more) in his first year in office. To say that he has don't this by accident is niave to say the least. Obama is destroying the American way of life, on purpose ... not because he doesn't know any better. In a republic such as the US we always get the government we diserve ... hopefully we will do a better job in hiring our elected officals in Nov.

grinder48, I can't count the number of times it has been stated on here that it is the policies that we disagree with, we do not hate the man but it continues to fall on deaf ears.
The only way we have a chance at getting our country back is to infiltrate ACORN and shut them down. We have become way to complacent it is time to put up your dukes. I felt like it was futile at first, but People are finally becoming disenchanted with Messiah Obama.
I see where Obama is trying to regroup ... The problem is that this bill misses the problem completely and should be completely scrapped. The way it is, it is just a waste of time and resources that could have fixed the problem with health care much cheaper and quickly without killing the economy in the process.
