Students shone to support Miller Theatre

  • Follow Letters

I would like to compliment the four seniors from Greenbrier High School who put on a benefit show called Music for the Miller on Jan. 9 at West Acres Baptist Church.

What a wonderful job they did! They did this as their senior project. We have some very talented teens in Augusta, and they should be very proud of the money they raised. Hopefully, the adults will take notice in our local government and, instead of wasting money on trivial stuff downtown, get some money funded to bring back the Miller Theatre.

Thank you for a wonderful evening of entertainment.

I am pretty sure it was supposed to say "Student shine to support Miller Theatre". Just a common typing error. I was there and it was wonderful! Good job kids!
