Jones is the right man for District 22

  • Follow Letters

Articulate, smart beyond words, a man about business -- all describe Harold Jones II. If you had the opportunity to meet him, you know this is true.

To listen to him talk is both energizing and educational. If you have attended any, or all, three debates in the race for the Georgia state Senate seat in District 22, you had to notice that Harold speaks and thinks with facts. He makes comparisons, and he has numbers, all to back up what he is saying.

He is articulate, smart and about business. One would think that he is the one who already has worked in Atlanta.

Yes, Jones is my man for District 22.

Cleveland Jones, Augusta

The only good thing about

The only good thing about Harold Jones running for District 22 is that we NO LONGER have to put up with his antics in the solicitors office. The way he treated his employees in the solicitors office was a shame. After he loses this election then we will never have to stand for his unprofessionalism again. Hopefully he will go quietly away.

Isn't jones the guy who left the Solicitor's Office in such a shambles with a huge backlog of cases?

If Harold operate in the Senate as he has done in the Solictor's Office, I expect poor results. According to many employees in that office, he definitely couldn't manage it. I see where most of his campaign money has come ($52,000) from 90% of Lawyers.
Jones is a joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is no backlog at the Solicitor's Office. Come look at the numbers and it sounds georgialina has an ax to grind. I mean what has Jones done to his employees other than try to increase staff to make things easier. Where are these disgruntled employees? Also, what is wrong with getting donations from lawyers. Harold is, in fact, a lawyer himself. That's is better that the wealthy real estate developers and special interests that Hardie Davis is getting his donations from. Anyone looked at Hardie's donation list. He is not the candidate for regular, middle class, folks.

Harold's donation list is pretty crummy too. I especially like the one from Sentinel. No wonder he wants to keep them on.

It shouldn't take three years

It shouldn't take three years to dismiss a misdemeanor case. That's just one I've heard of.
